PEPTONE is manufactured from natural low-fat cheese by crushing and drying it in a specialized drying and crushing machine. Our company carries out a full cycle of peptone production from raw milk, and it allows us to control the product quality throughout all production stages.
Peptone is mainly applied in processed and analogue cheese production, where it provides high cost efficiency, replacing the main ingredient – low-fat cheese. In processed and analogue cheese production, peptone significantly improves the ready product quality, reduces raw material storage and transportation costs, and lowers labor content and energy intensity of production.
The product can also be used in other areas of the food processing industry as a food flavoring agent. Moreover, it is a source of highly concentrated, easily digested, and complete protein.
